I believe he has to be activated by 4:00pm on Saturday. I could be wrong, though.

I think that is correct...he HAS to be activated as he is NOT part of the 53 at this time...as for the time, I do believe things have to be done by late Saturday. I remember the first game when there were a number of moves that were made on Saturday and they came out later in the evening. It may depend on other injuries as to what move they will make. Reiss had said that it might be an Eddie Jackson move for ST, but we will see what happens. I DO think an addition to the 52 will be made.
