There are lots of arm chair QBs and Monday morning quarterbacks and fanboy fantsy pants fans who love to comment on how great he is. But really... it is a really really difficult position to play and that makes the analysis of how it gets done so well very complicated.

After watching sb36 again it was amazing to see him as a first year player again. There were a lot of bad plays. But he came thru with great throws at important moments.. i.e.. end of half , end of game. Meanwhile the stats were not that impressive. Hmmmmm.

Then you look at the rest of the Superbowls and big games.. just wow. 20 years and counting... What items stood out to you watching him play all those games? Having all the replays to watch the last few days gives a better analysis , IMO. The temptation is to say all of the above but that doesn't separate what makes him the greatest. Please choose the biggest reasons and the most important.... Thx.

Brady has everything you want in an elite competitor. There will never be another in any sport.

Intelligence, decision making. Not being stupid is powerful.

Won 6 Super Bowls

Why do you care? You were all happy to see him go. So what difference does it make?

The same things that make BB an elite coach....

Yeah, you were the only one who was sad about Tom Brady leaving the Patriots. It's true. ****ed up but true.

Answer: BB

Despite the reputation that he “plays it safe,” the opposite is true with the game/season is on the line. The bigger the stakes, the more daring he gets, putting balls into really tight windows.

He has the biggest balls of any QB ever, and that’s the truth.

Recovery PJs and $300 resistance bands according to his website

The thing about Brady that I rarely saw in other players was his ability to step up his play at critical moments particularly in games where the team had struggled early. His ability to make clutch play after clutch play in the Raiders, Jags, Seahawks, Falcons.... games when things were starting to look hopeless is what separates him in my eyes from all others.

Where’s cheating?

- Unquestioned dedication and loyalty to the Patriots
- Embracing Patriots culture and work ethic
- Unflappable, synergistic relationship with his coach and owner
- Willingness to elevate lesser talent around him
- Willingness to take below-market contracts to help the team

(Too soon?)

Tutti
All of them

The difference between Tom Brady and all of the other Hall Of Fame quarterbacks
is Tom threw very few interceptions.

All of the above + plus the fact that RLKAG...possibly 2..
