This already happened at some point during the year, it's all semantics, obviously they want the ball but the kicker said kick.
Which would mean san Fran could start both halves with the ball
The SF team captain said kick or defer? But if they say Kick, how can SF still get the ball both halves? Is it because SF team captain omitted "we" as in "We will kick"?
