The OL held on perfectly fine on this play. Brady had to know that he wont have time forever with Izzo totally outmatched. He has done it for long enough to have that awareness.
The play call and the protections don’t factor into Izzo being outmatched. He’s expected to hold up. If he can’t, he shouldn’t be out there, they shouldn’t be calling multiple verticals, or both.
Oh thank god was just about to type if we lose to the Giants then here we go with the "Giants end Patriots perfect record again" same fear I had back when we faced them in 2015 and I think I made a similar comment then we were like 8-0 I think.
