The way I see it, if he knew she was going to receive the text, then it can be construed as threatening. If he did not know that she was on the group text, then is is more dumb than I thought and need to raise my expectations of what we will see throughout the season with him here. AB has to be AB. Included his lawyer in the group text?

September 9th lol. Well this is news to me. And eventually he may be right if Brown gets suspended/released. But that’s like saying Max was right if or when Brady hits the cliff.

You're not. If the NFL suspends Brown, it enhances any civil complaint against him. There's nothing to go to the cops about.

Sports Illustrated has, unfortunately, been on this gaslighting campaign, made up of certain National and Local media outlets. (I'll reiterate, NFL Network is really not in on this at all, including their opinion shows). I'm not sure if it's because it's Brown being a dumbass, if it's some sort of grander 'all football players are evil' play, or if it's just because it's the Patriots.

I'd lean toward number 2, personally, but I really don't know for sure.

I mean, the gaslighting will probably eventually succeed, because that's how life works now - I mean hell, you've got a half dozen of them in this very thread.
