But a potential matchup without having to worry about Kareem Hunt inevitably burning us for a 70 yard TD definitely is a plus.

Hunt was a bad matchup partially due to the fact that they also had Tyreek Hill.

Covering two guys that are that quick is damn near impossible. Seemingly one or the other seemed to always find a way to break coverage.

That first half was about as good of a defense you can play against KC. Wonder if we can replicate for a game, if necessary.

Say what you will, but we’ve shown up against the best competition. Hopefully that trend continues.

It's interesting that in addition to the Pats, only the Bears, Rams, and Saints have winning records against playoff teams. Perhaps an indication that there is no dominant team in the NFL this year.

Why not? Defense is significantly better now than it was then.
