The Bengals can kill two birds with one stone on this one. Instead of using "stadium employees" to shoot the pigeons, why not get the Bengals' players to do it instead? They already have lots of experience with guns and it might keep them out of trouble.

It's a win-win-win for everybody involved.

Why don't they just get a few falcons to live in the stadium?

There's a hawk near my office who regularly feeds on the pigeons. Let me tell you: I'm not sure which is worse, the mess that the pigeons make or the mess that the hawks make (imagine lots of downy feathers and occasional beaks, feet, and unidentifiable organs falling from the sky).
