No that is a junk outfielder making a miraculous play. That is what normally tells you how the “baseball gods” see a series. He had no business catching that. None. Normally, that ball clangs off his glove and thats that. He’s not a normal left fielder.

That was the correct play. He is a TERRIBLE 3rd baseman. His momentum was carrying him to third. He would have beat Altuve easily.

That wasn’t a catch by the left fielder. Red Sox got screwed. The screen panel moves after the ball hits it before it goes in the glove.

Edit: after watching further its hard to tell. On my first couple of watches I saw the screen move first. Now I can’t figure it out.
