OT: Did anyone see LT's antics on the sidelines today?

I did. He's classy. Rivers just laughed him off. What a trainwreck they're becoming. LOL!

He's a classy guy, you know him - must come down from the coach.

Don't mistake me, I have no respect for Mr. Tomlinson off the field. But, he was right in pointing out to the QB that he was free. Rivers did not even bother to look at the field and focused purely on the play called; had he the experience, or ability shall I say, to be more aware of the players open, he would have lobbed it to Mr. Tomilson who would have easily got the first down and more. That was another momentum killing decision by Rivers and IMO, there was nothing wrong in Mr. Tomilson speaking to Rivers about it.

If I recall correctly, Rivers utterly ignored the 'classy' RB and walked away instead of talking to him. As the commentators mentioned, Mr. Tomilson was not shouting at the QB; he was pointing out to him that he was free. So, I wouldn't mark this as another example of his classy antics.

I'm so sick of that whining piece of *****. I was laughing watching his post game press conference.

He was extremely verklempt in his postgame, borderline I could cry. Said they were just being competitive, you know? Also said he is at a loss as to what is wrong. NFLN analysts were tearing the organization a new one for the coaching changes that apparently aren't working. Rivers on the other hand reminds me of Howdy Doody minus the freckles. Smiles inappropriately. Says 3 divisions games coming and they'll be fine. I think he just dissed his division...

somewhere Marty Shottenheimer is laughing

Mr Class.
I have a funny feeling the Bolts may not make the playoffs. They are not a gimme.

How much do you wanna bet there will an analyst on one of the major wrap up shows or pregame shows next weekend who says yet again that it is out of character for a classy guy like LT. Sooner or later all these out of character acts actually become part of his character. LT yelled at someone on the sidelines last week too.

LT is a tool, having a terrible year, hes always whining every game, I am sick of hearing about him, this was fine when he was the best in the league, but so far this season he has done nothing to warrant this kind of whining.

I disagree. I saw the replay and he looked angry and b!tchy, and Rivers was wise to smile and walk away. Rivers kept calm, LT was losing it. I didn't see the play, and I defer to you if LT was accurate in saying he was open, but surely he wasn't "right" to do so.

I can't tell you how many Chargers fans have tried to debate me on the Rivers vs. Brady comparison. I've had several ask me, "which one made the pro-bowl last year?"

"Excellent point!!" I always reply!

Norv Turners career was just seen going down the toilet.

I thought it got flushed down the second time he got fired from a head coaching position.

Why would you ever hire a proven loser like Turner to coach a Super Bowl contender? They should have looked to the college ranks for a winner, like Pete Carroll (Carroll, for all his deficiencies, got the Patriots to the playoffs every year he was here and has turned USC into a powerhouse). Then again, I don't think Carroll is interested in going back to the pro game.

"Impeach" Norv, Cotrell, and AJ Smith are slowly driving the Chargers into the ground. Can you blame them for a slight implosion?

Their fans say it best:

"Norv was an offensive genius." - One poster
"Norv was offensive, genius." - Reply

has a coach ever been fired after a month? Can you imagine being a Charger fan watching this inevitable disaster waiting to unfold? Everybody knew this a mistake the instant he was hired.

You guys don't know what you're talking about! LT is the classiest superstar in the NFL!*

Well, Brady made the Pro Bowl last year. But he elected not to go.

This is unnecessary. You are going to great lengths here. You've gone way too far. It's just completely unfair that you require us to listen to Silver on this.

After all, we can go right to LaDainian. He'l tell you himself. He's a classy guy.
