Whatever he did was enough for BB to bench him for the SB. You know how people were saying good when BB benched Jonas Gray or send Revis home for tardiness ? I dont understand why people immediately want to put the blame on players that were not even on the field if there is enough to critically dissect about players that actually played.

If you bobble the ball while stepping out of bounds there is no judgement call. You are out of bounds and no catch.

The other one I'm inclined to believe was a td. Since he caught it anyhow.

Gilmore was the best CB of this team since when he came back from the concussion. Butler has been bouncing between average and below average since Thanksgiving.

When you have to use ridiculous comparisons, your argument is crap. Seriously, are you really comparing benching Jonas Gray, a fringe player at best, in the regular season to benching Butler, a starter for the entire supebowl? Faith is one thing. Blind faith is foolish.

If you gotta make a point, bench em for a quarter like he did with Welker... it's the ****ing superbowl. If you want to critically disect players, start with Rowe and Richards, the two who got much more playing time cuz Butler didn't play on D.

The offense was complete trash in the first half too. They just sucked for two less quarters than the defense did. Why are we letting them off the hook?

My issue is that it would have been interesting to be playing ahead but apparently with this defense it wouldn’t have mattered. The offense made up for it obviously.

I agree with the 1st one but for some reason we had a consensus that they weren’t going to overturn it......I thought they should have but I don’t believe the pats deserved the win
