Titans Byard: Goal is to make Brady look like Bortles.

Have you seen the QBs Tenn has faced this year? He may be a player, but let's pump the breaks a bit.

Bortles, Brissett, whoever in Houston, etc, etc, etc. This is why 2 teams made it out of the AFC South.

Yes, I have.

Watson was a pick when HOU was rolling
Bortles has a 2.5 INT rate. He picked him off twice
Flacco has a 2.4 INT rate. He picked him off twice.

Thats 5 no including Kizer who he robbed 3 times which is a pretty damn good accomplishment.

He a Pro Bowler for a reason. He has a nose for the ball.

You need to do your homework.

A lot of those came from him simply being in the right place at the right time. He was getting routinely tooled against Kelce before Kelce left the game last week. Gronk will have a field day against him this weekend.
Just hope they don't pull a dirty hit on Gronk the way they did on Kelce. Frankly I'm surprised it wasn't called a penalty, because he seemed to hit him with the crown of his helmet. At any rate, those hits should be illegal if they really care about concussions.

I know he was not a defenseless receiver at the time, he was a runner. I'm saying a) If you hit with crown of helmet that doesn't matter (as of 2013), and b) If that was legal, the rule needs to be changed.

The hit on Kelce wasn't dirty in the slightest.

The only way for Brady to look like Bortles is for him to get plastic surgery and then stop shaving for a week. And the resemblance would disappear once he was under center.

Sure, that should be the goal. The goal should be to make any QB look like Bortles.

And... yeah, good luck with that.

I couldn't make up my mind whether I should highlight the QBs they lost to, or the QB they beat.... so I left it for you to judge....

Ahh, yes, the famous "Pro Bowl" argument. haha

Is this the part where I point out someone like a Leonard Williams, #6 overall in the 2015 draft, who can't hold Trey Flowers's jock, to the point that Deatrich Wise also looks like a better pick, but the hype machines outside of New England, pimp their players, but when you watch them play, they're not that good?

I think it is.

Hint: No one wants to give Pro Bowl nods to Pats players. They want to give them to others due to their raging jealousy.

Byard is not better than McCourty, but because Byard caught a few deflected INTs like Harmon does, he's a great player, huh?

Like I said, when the QB competition is this bad in the NFL, bloated stats and accumulation of those stats, mean little to me.

Tenn's s pass D is poor. Plain and simple.

Byard is steady player, no doubt, but like I said, let's pump the breaks.

There was no whisper campaign for Byard. He was a 3rd rd pick. He earned it based on his play.

Hes a top safety in this league. Steady doesn't pick off 8 passes, have 16 passes defensed and 62 tackles.

You are wrong. Do your homework.

Ben Roethlisberger beat the Titans 40-17
Jimmy G beat them 25-23
Deshaun Watson of the Texans beat them 57-14.

This defense built their statistical record against Jacoby Brissette, Blake Bortles, whoever is the QB of the Browns, whoever took over for Deshaun Watson, whoever took over for Carson Palmer, and the Colts , and the Jags who looked awful on offense against the Bills.

These guys have not seen an offense like the Patriots', particularly if Hogan is back along with James White and Rex Burkhead. It would appear that Brady will have all of his weapons in this one.

I see us putting up at least 30 points on the Titans. 250-300 yards through the air and 2 Td passes. Our offense will dink 'n' dunk down the field and pound it in with Rex.

Slight change..... Tom Brady ...(W)

They also came in bunches

8 INTS

3 against Cleveland
2 against Baltimore
2 against Jacksonville

So that's

2 INTs against Kizer, 1 INT against Kessler
2 against Flacco
2 against Bortles
1 against Watson

He also could have very well cost the Titans the game with poor tackling, after Kelce went out Chiefs TD with 5 seconds left in the half man oh man did he whiff on the tackle. Had him stopped at the 2 yard line and instead of using the sideline to his advantage for the push out, he comes in trying to one arm tackle.

Lol everyone is picking on the jags this week

sounds about right...i think he puts up more than 300, though....most good or great qbs do that as a minimum every week..

do yours. you just got exposed by someone else

do yours. you just got exposed by someone else

Please.

He nets double digit INTs 3 times, records a pick 1/4 of the games, averages a pass defensed a game and does something only 4 other players have done since the merger and hes "steady".

Yes, I was shocked that hit did not draw a flag or a fine - it was clearly a hard helmet-to-helmet hit which the defender did not appear to try to avoid (although I am aware that slo-mo replays make the avoidance question look more obvious than real time).
