Kind of funny when you have the weapons and are successful that you never think of the offensive coordinator.

But I want to give congrats to McDaniels for he should get the credit also when they win and blame when they don't score points.

I agree. Good game plan

Where's NEM when you need him most.
Just kidding he was great.

OC's always look good when they have better players. Look at Charlie W now. His O sucks and he looks bad. RAC doesn't look like such a good D coach anymore. Coaches look better with better players. Although BB, Charlie and RAC sure looked brilliant in 2001 with the players thay had that year. Hey, there's always exceptions -

Josh will get better every year, and the game plan was excellent.

However, major credit for the game goes to pioli (for bringing him the players) and to dante for coaching the OL.

Great gameplan. It might not have shown much on TV because you don't see the substitutions as much, but the Patriots had a new package on the field every down. There was no one look they were ever giving, and it confused the defense as well as kept the team fresh. They also did alot of confusing stuff with the subs (like having Moss run off the field during a TV timeout then sub back in at the last minute).

The Pats dominated in the coaching Dept. as well. The Jets didn't seem to really even have a gameplan on offense or defense. On D they made zero effective adjustments and on O, they just did what they always seem to do--dink dunk dunk with one or two shots down the field.

I don't know. I thought McDaniels wasn't agressive enough today. It was pathetic that he didn't have Brady throw long bombs to Moss on every play. Weis would have.

Yeah, and the fact that Caldwell was Brady's best WR during the regular season last year had nothing to do with how McDaniels called the game.

Personally, I thought McDaniels did a spectacular job last year overcoming the fact that we had no receiving weapons and not a great running game for much of last year. What scares me is that he will do too good this year and another team comes calling with a head coaching job in the offseason.

I think the personnel the Pats have on offense can make any play look good

if this offense continues to progress as recent pats teams have then it's gonna be scary for the rest of the NFL. most teams don't have 3-4 quality corners to matchup.
