What a pickup for the Sox in '86, they got him straight up for Mike Easler. Baylor epitomizes leadership with clutch play.

...of course, love that road uniform

...while we're at it...

...Bernie turned 70 on Saturday...

...yeah right, like I'm going to leave this one out...

Does this one have Coleman?

(no volume where I am)

Jesus, he was a great player.

4th all time with 267 hit by pitches. I always thought that was cool. He was so big and strong, he didn't care if a 95 mph pitch hit him. He was happy to take one for the team.

This guy

once stole 52 bases in a season. What an interesting career.

Dave Stapelton should have been a defensive replacement like was all season. F'ing MacNamara wanted his starters on the field when the won.
McNamara was actually badly exposed in the ALCS but the players (Hendu) bailed him out.

And forever the guy says "I wouldn't change a thing" OMG.

Him and Bep Guidolin and Art Skov and Ben Dreith can kiss my ass.

Loyal to the vets and it bit him in the ass.

I was 15 and even I was screaming for that jackass to bring in Stape

Baylor was an outstanding leader which was a big gap in those early 80s Red Sox teams.

They went as far as they did in 86 because of Rocket and Baylor.

This year's Sox team could use Baylor badly.

I must be missing something.
Why Guidolin?
