Imagine BB with a number one overall pick

so we're all over the place, from 3 second-rounders to the 1st overall plus another #1.

Everyone is just guessing
This is how you make a deal. Ask for the sky, and when the Browns say, we cant give you #1 overall, we'll give you #12 overall and next years first or two 2's this year as well as #12, they wind up with way more than what the Browns thought they'd have to give up. It's business, not personal.

I would bet money on BB driving a huge truck with those steel balls hanging from the back underneath the state tag

Where's that picture of him sipping the orange juice?.....

I like bill but the only way he's getting that if they're drunk. I think number 12 and first rounder in 2018's perfect.
Well, the Browns just traded their 2017 4th-round comp pick to the Texans for Osweiler, a 2018 2nd-round pick and a 2017 6th round pick.

Essentially, the Browns spent $16M to acquire two draft picks.

They're high on something.

Even if Cleveland offered #1 overall and BB accepted it, he wouldn't make that selection. He'd parlay that pick into riches of picks and players beyond everyone's imagination.

Yep but you aren't getting 3 first for Garrett Myles. You will get a good deal for him but not the huge over payment you would hope. Then again if a QB that mattered was available the browns wouldn't do this.

No doubt, but I believe he would trade down multiple times...That's a ton of draft capital

I don't see anything wrong with it. They weren't gonna use the cap space anyway, so that $ is just extra money they have lying around (and if they were below the cap floor then they would have had to use that $ to get to the floor).

If Kraft could just buy draft picks for $16 million each out of his bank account and not have it count against the cap, I'd say the more the better!

deandre levy? tons of injuries, does anyone think BB takes a look?

NO!!!!!!!! I thought Bill would take a flier on him.

Las Vegas could set an over/under wager on the number of picks Belichick would end up with after acquiring the number one selection in the draft.

Too many ex-Jets and ex-Colts would make the stench so overwhelming we'd need to get Fabreeze to be a major sponsor.
