The averages over his career.

13.5 penalties per game for 112.5 Penalty YPG

Meaning each team gets about (rounded) 7 penalties for 56 yards.

Fairly clean.

Devil is in the details with these all-star crews. IMO if Gotohell wants to have someone implement some "special points of emphasis", it wont be the head ref, but the others. Was there a link to the full List?

But I was pleasantly SHOCKED with the even-handed play calling in the AFCCG. You could even argue based on the defenseless receiver call that it was slightly pro-Patriots. Best was how much the flags did NOT fly. So maybe the scandals have got Roger on the run a little and he is too scared to try and tip the scales one more time.
