Detroit on the short week, ouch. Something tells me Greenbay will be favored, Ill have a hard time taking them as a road favorite over a winning team though. Green bay may very well win, but Ill definitely tske the points should Detroit be a dog

I don't usually post here too much, but I'm always here and I usually agree with your opinions. Not so much this time, though. I think that kid is for real and Dallas migh have hit the jackpot drafting him.

I Think Prescott can be good, but what im saying is right now hes average at best. Hes horrible under durress. You could take a high school qb and He would do okay with all of that time to throw, That may be hyperbole but you get the point

Bingo. Take the running attack away and he struggles. Look at games when Elliot "struggled". Dax struggled. Kinda like Russell Wilson. Great when you have a good line and great running game. Just good when they don't.

They won't beat the Giants unless romo plays, That's just my opinion. Everyone overblows the whole beating a team 3 times in a season is hard, and it is, but it's actually happened a bunch of times

Rodgers doesn't deserve MVP because he stunk it up in that 6 game stretch. He is a big part why they are fighting for a playoff spot in week 17

i agree but the media has already declared him the mvp. they set the agenda and the nfl writers follow whatever story the media hypes. lol

Dak is having a good rookie year regardless. He is for real I dont care that he has the best offensive line and a great running attack. The guy is good and if he keeps working at it and doesn't let this rookie season go to his head he will be a great QB in the future.

You aren't watching then.
I watched the Giants blitz the hell out of him and he looked confused. He couldn't audible. He was lost. He's terrible on 3rd and long. Tonight he made some nice throws downfield but he usually sits there on 3rd and medium and just waits all day for someone to get open. He doesn't even have to make reads.

He's got a 103 rating and has only thrown 4 picks all year. He can't have struggled that much.

If the Giants ever tried to play romo the way did Prescott in that Sunday night game, the giants would've gotten blown out. But not every team can do that because they don't have great secondaries like the Giants. Even the Vikings did it. The guy is a rookie, he is what he is. He's behind a great offensive line that makes him look better than he is. The OLine is the best Oline in over 10 years

I think if the Cowboys want to get to the SB they need to avoid the Giants. They seem to play them extremely well

Because they are one of the only teams that can expose dak

Absolutely ... he is a decent QB but that line and Elliot make him look better than what he is.

I wouldn't underestimate the Seahawks' chances of exposing dak, even without Earl Thomas.

The Packers could match the Cowpokes offensively, but they just don't have the defense to win against them.

I don't know what to make of the Giants. Very inconsistent. You never know which Eli is going to show up.

Agree, with some good defenses like Giants and vikings Dak had problems. Tampa on the other hand doesnt have complex defense scheme so with that oline he was good.
I am not saying that Dak suck, but i rather have him in SB rather than Rodgers, Wilson or Matt Ryan.
I am pretty confident that if Pats and Dallas wuold play next sunday, Pats would beat them easily.
Patricia giving hard time to Dak.
And how is good defensive coordinator important to team. Rod Marinelli doing great job in Dallas, and Sean Lee finally healthy for them. But Brady should pick them apart easily.

So Prescott can attack you with his arm, legs, and they have Zeke and that MVP O-line. On the receiving corps, guys like Beasley, Bryant and Witten are more than adequate to cause damage and even second unit guys like Williams, Butler and Escobar can. Their defense is not a top unit but it's not Saints level and they get some stops. The coaching hasn't screwed the pooch so far, nothing indicates they will.

Considering the Pats defense doesn't possess a fierce pass rush and we don't do well with mobile QB's, I see legitimate reasons for concern in a Cowboys x Pats SB. I don't know if we match up that well, I think they would abuse on the read option.

I think anytime you can stop the run without loading the box, youre in great shape. Just not sure who can do that against Dallas. I think the X factor in a game against Dallas would be our secondary, I think Belichick would show Dak a lot of different looks with a loaded box and different blitzes. That's what Dak seems to struggle with, which is to be expected of a rookie
