Do we think Gronk is done?

************.

Thomas Gill has his reputation in mind.

He doesn't want to be considered the next Gilbert Mudge.

It's Thomas Gill. He's just being Thomas Gill and doing Thomas Gill things. The Pats fired him for a reason.

edit to clarify: It's possible Gronk's done. I don't know either way, though I sure hope he's not and don't think he is. But I'm also pretty sure that Gill doesn't know either.

I do think Gronk is made of glass and the such, but done this season? I will believe it when I see it.

Disc operations are no big deal usually. He shouldnt have been ir'd. Just tell him not to do face plants diving for overthrown balls in double coverage against 3-8 teams or whatever the Jets were.

Gronk has had like 9 surgeries though. That is a lot of ****ing surgeries. I wouldn't be shocked if he was talked into hanging them up. Without really knowing Gronk, it seems he really loves playing football so if he does hang them up it would have to be a risky proposition to keep playing.

He is already a millionaire, what good is money if you can't walk.

I don't think he is made of glass at all. He plays with reckless abandon.. you can't do anything about ACL injuries they can happen to anyone. And when you break an arm and then rush back to play and it breaks again isn't glass. Poor decisions and bad luck.

His back is an issue though obviously. He has had back problems since at least college.

As far as his Disc goes, WFAN had a specialist on their show and was asked about how severe Gronk's injury was and all his surgeries and Doc said that Gronk can come back and that these aren't career threatening ending.

He may or may not be "done" I don't know. However, what I do know is that he is not reliable and as such the team will have to plan accordingly

I've actually met him at a Corporate function, got to talk to him. He is really fun and cool, and it would be such a bummer to not have him around if he hung them up.

I hope so.

He can't judge either way if he isn't doing the surgery.

We'll see, my money is on Gronk coming back. The dude is a f*cking freak and football is REALLY important to him. He loves the game.

"Made of glass"...what a crock. Not to mention indicative of a colossal lack of understanding as to why he is injured frequently.
