The issue is not BB, it is that these (some not all) players are spoiled brats who have always gotten their way through college and have to suddenly be an adult. Excuses like "oh they're just kids, they're still young". I don't even let my 12 year old students off with excuses like that.

He's also the closest thing to an unfire-able coach in the NFL right now. Everyone else has to worry that if they don't let their spoiled star play they might lose the game (and their job). It's a security he's earned, but has also perpetuated a luxury he has that other coaches can't always afford.
