I think the defense has a long way to go before they can be considered even average.

The offense really had a lot of chances to save the day, and just didn't.

Fortunately, they're fully healthy this year, but unfortunately playing like garbage.

Would've been nice to keep Jones and trade Collins to the NFC for a 2nd rounder instead. Rather than trade away both. Although I'm not sure if the issues with Collins began just recently or not.

If his defense is poor...why would anyone hire him? All owners can judge him on is performance. If his D isn't performing....

The point is that his scheme is one side of the issue. The other side are individual breakdowns and there is nothing he can do from this sideline about it.

It's like blaming the WR coach for a player running the wrong route. If everyone does their job and they still give up big chunks its a different story.
