That's incredible. I always thought Light got a bad rap when he was always a very solid player and leader (thru humor and practical jokes) in the locker room. Yeah he was never an elite top 5 LT but he did the job effectively for years. I always respected his game. Reading that my respect for him as a person just went thru the roof. Absolutely A+++ example of truly giving back to your community and making a real difference, putting in the work to make the world a better place.

I'd like to think that kid has hope but my gut feeling is a kid that took ten minutes to figure that out isn't going to make a lot of good decisions in life.

thanks for the link. My agenda is simply that I don't like athletes "hijacking" a sporting event to express their political views and then not following through with measurable actons. I hope he inspires others to emulate his efforts off the field too.
