Has Miguel already taken this into account in his calculations?
You do not use need numbers so each set of savings should be reduced by $600K.
Miguel's proposed deal for Amendola would save $500K less than you guess.
So, the total is about $3M less.
Also, there is no particular reason to make any cuts, unless the money is needed to sign a replacement.
Starting with $13M after not picking up Mayo is plenty to start with.
Has Miguel toyed around with how a Brady extension could save some money?
