Has Miguel already taken this into account in his calculations?

You do not use NET numbers so each set of savings should be reduced by $600K.
Miguel's proposed deal for Amendola would save $500K less than you guess.
So, the total is about $3M less.

Also, there is no particular reason to make any cuts, unless the money is needed to sign a replacement.
Starting with $13M after not picking up Mayo is plenty to start with.

so they could have close to 20 million to play with and none of there own starters are FA's only bad part is not a great FA class at lest not before cuts, other then Alfred Morris and Matt Forte i don't see to many upgrades out there

Good, lock up your stud young defensive players and overpay for an OLmen and then print SB tickets

Plenty of money to invest in the current roster, especially with reworking some of these deals

Its nice going into an offseason with plenty of cap space.

Creative "capology" will potentially solve a myriad of problems.. RB, OL and sign our defensive young'uns will go a long to way to keeping us on top, and if a WR is available for a good price take a look at that option.

Does that mean no one else has a bonus due before the league year starts?

Given that he only has $8M in salary this year, the savings opportunities are limited.

None that are real decisions. Gronk has a bonus due. Hightower and Jones will have their 2016 salaries guaranteed if they are on the roster (instead of just for injury).

Mayo is the major real decision.

In addition, the team will need to decide what to do on RFA's. In the past couple of years, the team has signed contract with those they wanted to keep (rather than tendering them).

Some of the posts seem to be lacking of information. Read the last dozen articles by Miguel to get better perspective.

Wasn;t it the year before last we had a ton..and we made really no moves and everyone here was ready to burn them at the stake? Pretty sure this was recently
