I would have asked, "When the NFL rejected Tom Brady's appeal, it claimed that Brady said his calls to the equipment manager did NOT touch on the subject of the deflated balls. He's right. This was many years ago, but, one time, I was sitting on a couch, watching TV and eating popcorn. I went to shift how I was sitting and pulled something in my back.

While I learned that there is risk everywhere, I overcame my fear and continue to sit on couches to this day.
