It's possible to have kids after a vasectomy. 3 different ways:

1. You never return a month later for your test to determine if the operation succeeded, so you may still be hooked up.

2. "Nature will fine a way."--Jeff Goldblum. In rare cases, the tubes find each other and reattach.

3. You can have an operation to reattach. Not a guarantee that it will work. I don't even know if it's 50/50. Probably less. But, if it were me, and I were snipped, I'd certainly ask for a DNA test.
