The Seahawks are going to be a reasonably tough matchup for the Panthers versus the winner of the lameduck Packers/Redskins game.

Does this win by the Seahawks give them a team of destiny vibe that the AFC should fear, or is everyone happy to see the Panthers facing a tough team with the possibility of getting knocked out?

I was rooting for Minnesota, but some teams find a way... to lose.

No. "Team of Destiny" is how most announcers pretend that a weak team has a chance to win.

Seattle should be out. They're not. They have Carolina and probably Arizona ahead of them.

Rooting for my Hawks to challenge the Bills' SB record!

Russell Wilson is still dating Ciara, so... no team of destiny. lol.

I really wanted a panthers seahawks game so im liking this
Yeah, me too. I think it is also good overall since it will be a rough game. I expect Arizona to advance to the Super Bowl at this point primarily because they will have an easier path. They should shred the Redskins/Packers in Arizona with the weather not playing a factor.

Though it would of been nice to see Minnesota beat Seattle I am looking forward to next weeks Seattle/Carolina matchup next week. One of them isn't moving on.

There is no chance they win a war against the panthers and then go beat arizona providing they even get there

After the crazy ass way they beat GB in the NFCCG last year, you'd think that would give them a "team of destiny" vibe, but I don't seem to remember that working out terribly well for them in AZ.

If Seattle needs to go to CAR, possibly followed by ARI and get through, they will have quite a ride.

Considering they just won in Arizona 36-6 a few weeks ago and were up in Carolina before imploding, I don't think it's as impossible or intimidating as you think.

Maybe not intimidating - but impressive if it happen a that way.

(But the real question : Will the Chosen One lead Denver to face them in the SB ?)

Damn lucky that's for sure
