Pagano heard last week he would get fired if they didn't make the playoffs, so he went back through his inbox and found some incriminating emails from Grigson and/or Irsay during Framegate and said "sooo I'm getting fired huh? You don't mind if I send these emails to Bill Belichick do you...?"

Within the hour, a new extension was signed and Pagano was millions richer.
