Week 16 Injury and Practice Watch...

Edelman wasn't playing this week anyway so NBD.

McCourty being there (I presume) is big.

It was a walk-through. But I guess it's good that they can still walk.

If you are present a walk through it usually means you are in the game plan

Not surprised to see Edelman didn't participate. I wouldn't expect him to fully take part until next week to maybe get some work in against Miami at the very bar-none earliest.

Mother of God, I'm a geezer but healthy enough for a walkthrough

Well, keep in mind... they won't let you use your...

...walker.

also, its possible that Edelman still plays this week. Remember, the week before Texans game, Gronk was out Tue. Tue may possible be a day the player spends witht trainer/med staff to get go ahead for game week. fingers crossed...(although I'd want Jules to only play managed snaps IF he's fully cleared with no chance of regression)

By omission this must mean that Hightower was there and fine right?

He was there. I would not conclude that he was fine. I expect a slew of players who were present will be limited and not full participants on the injury report tomorrow. I would expect Hightower, Edelman, Amendola and Freeny in that group, and possibly Chung, Chandler, McCourty and Coleman.

What's great news is that it seems everyone (left) is on track for the playoffs.

Edelman was back at practice today. Gronk was absent as Dana Parenteau's funeral was this morning. Doubt Edelman goes since he wasn't present at the walk through yesterday.

The only thing being present at practice means is that you are feeling well enough to drive yourself to Gillette. I wouldn't put too much into presence at this point (Hightower, Chung, squirrel, etc.)

LaFell added to report with"foot". A recurring issue. So.....Hankerson, Martin and Slater.

Today's list FWIW:

DID NOT PARTICIPATE
TE Rob Gronkowski (not injury related)
LB Jonathan Freeny (hand)

LIMITED PARTICIPATION
WR Julian Edelman (foot)
LB Dont’a Hightower (knee)
S Patrick Chung (foot)
S Devin McCourty (ankle)
WR Brandon LaFell (foot)
S Nate Ebner (ankle)
WR Danny Amenedola (knee)
TE Scott Chandler (knee)
OL Josh Kline (shoulder)

FULL PARTICIPATION
DE Chandler Jones (abdomen)
CB Justin Coleman (hand)

Patrick Chung (foot) ?

How do you go from a rib/hip injury to a foot injury?
