Tough choice. Two of the best defensive(colts) and offensive(steelers) performances in franchise history

That 2004 team might have been the best team in franchise history. They peaked at the right time and dominated the best offense and best defense in the league

The 04 team was the best. Just imagine if Ty Law stayed healthy and Dillon played vs Pitt.

I still say that 4th qtr vs MIA on Monday Night was Brady's worst 2nd 1/2 as a pro. He was Eason-like.

They absolutely could have gone 19-0

To answer the question...Colts. That offense was staggering. No Sey. No Ty..and they shut them down.

Shutting down the Colts "unstoppable" offense was very satisfying, no doubt. But I prefer the Steelers game. Went right in to Pittsburgh and blew their doors open. Eugene Wilson picking off Big Ben's first (or second) pass of the game. Rodney Harrison's glorious pick six. Long BOMB to Branch and Deion also with an end around TD for a cherry on top. That was a fun, relaxing night.

It's also funny to think that there was a pretty solid chance that the Pats were going to beat down on the JETS in the AFCCG. Steelers were fortunate to get by them.

Timely question. Good to have a football question though. I would say the best thing about those games was how different each victory was...they're really special viewed together.

What's funny is I remember the week before he completed some ridiculous pass sitting down...think that emboldened him here, he threw a horrible pick. Good lesson learned really.

11 degrees outside in Pittsburgh ... Steelers on a 14 game winning streak playing at home ...

Patriots win 41-27 ....
Brady was 14/27 for 207 yards and most of all no INT's.
Pittsburgh 4 turnovers to Patriots 0 turnovers.

This game all day long.

We beat the Colts at home 20-3 ... a great defensive game absolutely.
But to score 41 points that day in Pittsburgh ... that was unreal.

This should've been a poll

Yep..vs Cinci. I was in the hospital as we just had our 2nd child.

A week later I have a one week old sleeping on my chest while i watch the game and I'm ready to trade Brady for a bag of balls (I was sleep deprived so I wasn't thinking clearly..)

Brady had a 102 temp as well.

Tough call. Can't go wrong with either one.

Colts for me since I love seeing Peyton lose.

I remember seeing a crawl on ESPN when Law was announced to be out for the rest of season. I told myself it would be very tough to beat Peyton without him. Luckily I was way off.

Steelers, best record, on the road... Colts was very satisfying but I knew the pats would stomp those pansies. That long td to Branch in Pitt to shut them up and then his end around to close them out.. Both music to my ears. One of my favorite wins.

And who can forget Rodney's pick6

Luckily they had that "scrub" Asante Samuel

Funny, I thought that pass happened earlier in the season, but it is in this vid at 6:47 and clearly against Cincy,

Coincidentally enough, I was in the hospital for the birth of my second child the next week.

Here's some Patriots porn:

Yep. I don't remember if my children were born during the day or at night but remember where I was when TB completed a pass from his butt. Awful.

steelers.
long bomb to deion/rodney's pick 6...never gets old.
