I ended up buying the game because I heard good things about it and I must say, this is probably the best Madden game I've ever played. The aforementioned glitch aside.

Really? Just got it haven't had time to play it yet. EA is everything that is wrong with life but, damn I love football too much not to buy it. Always keep expectations low with these guys.

I felt the same way and originally and I was not going to buy it. But I read positive reviews from people who got it early and decided to give it a shot.

The gameplay is significantly improved and very enjoyable. Penalties also work as they should this year. Graphics are nice, too - the stadiums especially look superb.

I purposely lost that game just so Pittsburgh wouldn't win.
