I truly hope he can and does do this. ..if anybody should have that right it should be him! Part of me wishes he would agree to a interview and basically tell them off and get up and walk out. (I know he's too good of a guy to even question them on it but I can dream )

Looks like they know they're in trouble. HSPN's most recent posting acknowledges that Brady provided copies of all his text message logs and that Wells never told Brady that withholding his cell phone would [wrongly, BTW] be used against him.

I don't want to get carried away, but this might all be unraveling.

Now, it's up to Kessler to maintain his cool with the Magistrate and keep the focus on the guts of his Appeal (Sections three through six), while offering to accept a token fine for non-co-operation but insisting on an independent arbiter if the NFL offers anything less than complete exoneration on the underlying, fabricated "crime." The last thing the NFL wants at this point is a truly independent arbiter, to whom the case is referred by a pissed off Judge Berman. This could be over before the end of the week.
