I must apologize, I was previously aware of the stats you are mentioning, i just failed to include that the 5/5 did not include plays within the 2 minute warning, during times when the playcalling HAD to be more urgent. So you are right about that technicaly, but my point remains the same.
The only time McDaniels mixed it up was when he had no other choice. Any other time in games he feels perfectly content calling run plays at times this team has no business running.
Your point doesn't remain the same. Your "point" was wrong. Also, as I also noted earlier, you can check other games (I pointed to the Saints and Jets) for more evidence that your claim doesn't hold water.
Hell, the first drive against the Saints had a pair of incomplete first down passes followed by passes on second down.
