Week 4 MNF - Miami Dolphins at New Orleans Saints
By: John Morgan

NFL fans get a rare treat this week: a good game on Monday Night Football as the Miami Dolphins travel to New Orleans to take on the Saints in a battle of undefeated teams....

This is a great game. I haven't had the chance to watch the improved Tannehill, we'll see if he's for real tonight.

New Orleans can open up a 3-game lead in the NFC South.

Not as crucial for Miami, but Patriots Nation will all be Saints fans tonight.

Why is the game not as crucial for Miami, tied for the division lead, than NO, with a 2 game lead in their division?

Because this is a Patriots board.

And they are still the LOLphins.

Saints' inactives: WR Lance Moore, RB Mark Ingram, S Roman Harper, DB Rod Sweeting, T Terron Armstead, NT Brodrick Bunkley, and DE Tom Johnson.

Dolphins' inactives: LE Cameron Wake, QB Pat Devlin, RB Mike Gillislee, CB Dimitri Patterson, CB Will Davis, G Danny Watkins, and G/T Dallas Thomas.

New Orleans should be able to win fairly comfortably tonight.

Ray Lewis is just awful.

It's hard to explain, but I'm rooting for the Dolphins to keep pace with the Patriots with a win over the Saints tonite.

For one, I do not like the whole Sean Payton thing and the culture of encouraging players to injure other players. Second, I'd like to see a real brawl in Foxboro in week 8 for supremacy in the AFC East. That Belichick comment in 2009 that the AFC East "still goes through Miami" is one that stirs some great animosity and a real rivalry is possible now that the Dolphins have upped the ante by assembling a good team.

If the Dolphins lose I won't shed a tear and I'll be happy about the one game lead in the Division. But a little spice in the AFC East would be good since the season started as a gimme because the Division was thought to suck so badly.

Really looking forward to this game...

I couldn't disagree more. Screw spice. The final road will end up going through Denver if we lose even one AFC game, so we can't afford any AFC losses. Our only hope IMO is to sweep our AFC games, and for Denver to drop one against KC. If that don't happen we will go down at Mile High in the playoffs.

Saints already on the move.

Dolphins look a step slow on D. Saints TD

I'm liking this Miami Defense. :rocker:

that was quick....

Wow, that 1st drive looked too easy for the Saints....
