I told my doc that, because I like her, I'll severely cut back my beer intake. But I'll NOT be reducing the Single malt or Bourbon stocks. A man has to have SOME pleasure in his life.

I told her there was a BIG difference between living, and just existing. To my mind, a life without football or liquor just isn't worth it.......

I like younger and more tread a lot more than signing old veterans like Seymour or Corey Williams, the two big name guys looking for a job today.

It's bad that Deaderick and Love shot their mouths off and talked their way to an exciting future with the Jacksonville Jaguars. They were both solid back-ups, but the whole idea of having whiners in the locker room can bring a team down (see: 2011 Boston Red Sox).

I hope AJ lives up to his promise.

That's a very interesting development for the Patriots. If he learns from being cut twice in 7 months, Kyle love would be a good back-up for Wilfork.

It looks like his $750K guaranteed week one money played a role and he's still on the waiver wire today. If he clears waivers, he might be back.

Just imagine what the board would be like if the Patriots tried to sneak Thompkins or Sudfeld through waivers and got caught red-handed. That's essentially what happened here.

OK....wow. That puts it in perspective. If that ends up being the case I'd consider it a steal.

To be fair, DT is one of the few deep positions on the Miami roster. But with their starters both in the final year of their contracts, it doesn't seem smart to let a highly promising rookie on a UDFA deal walk.

Not entirely sure yet.

I do find it interesting that he initially said no to the idea of joining the PS when the Patriots first offered it to him, so then, they ended up signing him to the 53 man roster instead.

This is was probably the plan all along. Francis must've liked what he saw from the Patriots program ($$$) for him to have a change of heart so quickly.
