I can NOT see this happening but we can hope..

The talk in league circles is that Giants coach Tom Coughlin is expected to press the organization for a fast resolution to his status with the team, so that if he is fired he can pursue other vacancies.

Currently, the Cardinals, Steelers, Raiders, and Dolphins are looking for head coaches. Coughlin supposedly is interested in the Pittsburgh and Arizona jobs.

Whoever takes or is sentenced to the Miami job is a sacrificial lamb.

That club needs to be torn down and rebuilt.

There will be a couple or three years of losing before the rebuilding will even be fairly started. Then its time to fire the poor Caoch who did the dirty work and bring in a fresh face to pacify the restive fans.

The Nictator thought he had a chance to win quickly, but the Wannstadt disease was just too deep. Coughlin is what is needed to clean house and teach the newcomers the discipline they will need to be successful pros....

For the next Coach after him, to win with.
