Could the Denver game be flexed to Sunday night

Don't see the game moving days. Same reason Monday Night games can't be flexed - too many people have already made travel plans to attend the game on a specific day.

But Sunday night looks good.

AFAIK, games cannot be flexed to a different day; the deadline for flexing appears to be this Tuesday (i.e., 12 days before, except in Week 17).

You're right except that most of the games in week 16 are on Saturday since Christmas falls on a Sunday. There is a Thurs night game as well as one on Sunday night and Mon night but the other 13 games are on Sat 12/24 at 1 pm or 4 pm...I can't see them flexing a game to Christmas Eve......

My buddy here in Denver. Not sure where he heard it. Probably on the local sports station. I asked him if he was sure about Saturday night rather than Sunday. I would have expected a Sunday night match-up to replace the crappy game that is scheduled. We shall see.

GF has a company Holiday Party on Saturday night. It would not be a happy house if I have to miss it.

There is no flexing that week, period (see NFL.com/schedule).

That's a bank I'll stay away from......When Christmas falls on a Sunday, it has been the NFL policy to play the majority of their games on Christmas Eve (Sat) with one game Sunday night. This year, that game is Bears-Packers. They won't flex games across dates because of the problems it would cause and with a potential undefeated Green Bay team they would keep them in prime time anyway. There are no games on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

I've left weddings early to watch games. No reason to have a wedding on a Sunday. Zero reason to have one on game day.

I think it will probably be a national game anyway as it's a CBS week and there aren't any other good games on at 4pm...either pats or jets @ philly which is a stinkerish game IMO.
