Gents,

So, it turns out that I'll be in NYC (East Village) for the game today.... are there any Pats bars in Manhattan that I can/should go to?

I'll be wearing my T. Brown jersey regardless... but it would be great to root for our boys with other Pats fans.

Any help is appreciated!

I'm planning on Professor Thoms in the East VIllage... is that the spot?

Anyways... I'll be going there unless there is a better spot.

Go Pats!

The Hairy Monk in NYC
337 Third Ave corner of 3rd Ave and 25th Street

The Blue Oyster.

Traffic in Hells Kitchen is a full on Pats bar. Food specials, drink specials, and all tvs tuned to the game. Great spot that I just found last week.

You might want to go to the Showtimes' Inside the NFL site. I saw a segment where they had a woman try to hit all the different teams bars in NY. They did hit a Pats bar. I can't remember the name, but the video of the segment might be online. Looked to be a good bar.

I live in NYC and have been to both the hairy monk and professor thom's. He hairy monk is kind of small and doesnt have much seating. Professor thom's is much larger and has more tvs. I would definitely recommend professor thom's between the two (it's located at 14th St and 2nd ave). Good luck!

Thanks all!

I hit up prof thoms and had a great time.

I highly reco this joint.

Just saw this thread, i also live in NYC, I have been to all of them, but the one I recommend, just because the size, the TVs, food, atmosphere, is the Riveria Sports Cafe, in the village, that was my staple. I hav enot been there in a while, since I moved to the east side, now I just go to my local bar that has the ticket for the Pats now, but I miss the Riveria.
