Simple question

Should the Patriots bring back Randy Moss for 1 year at $1,000,000?

I voted no. I think Randy's time is past. Thanks for the memories Randy, but "thanks but no thanks."

I know a million now a days doesn't sound like a lot of money but for your 5th or 6th WR it is. And why would anyone pay for a headache? Esp. one who is done.

they would be better off bringing ME in for half that amount! let sleeping dogs lay. move on.

The Randy Moss experiment is over, time to move on..

I think BB and Brady learned their lesson ..... forcing it to Randy didn't help the offense......Pats have too many other recievers to move the chains......

Staring down Moss was not the answer.........

Depends on what they think he's got left

I really don't think he is done physically. His skills are still better than a good majority of WR's in the NFL. Attitude and effort wise is where the questions are.I watched some of his games with Minnesota and Tenn and he seemed disinterested in even being on the field. The Titans and Vikings really didn't have the most accurate of QB's to utilize his downfield skills either. But nontheless, at least try to sell like your going to be thrown to.

Part of me says he really didnt want to leave and regrets his actions. I believe he took one look at Childress and Fisher and the way they run things and he knew he made a huge mistake with the way he handled himself in New England. Basically the old "The grass is not always greener on the other side" held true in his case.

As much as I see the advantage view of bringing him back, it would be hard to trust him again. Especially after seeing his quit in his other two short outings. Will he quit again on us in our most dire need?

I voted yes. But that is without personally talking to him and gauging his interest in playing a less limited role on the squad. Also without knowing if he is truly sorry of how things went down here and if relationships are torn beyond repair with his teammates and coaches. There is a lot more to consider than just a poll and a 1 yr, 1 million dollar contract.

Yes (if his knees are OK) but keep him on a short leash and don't expect him to last the whole season.

The Jets fiasco demonstrated that the Felger approach does not work; the Patriots need a legit deep threat.

The best part of getting him back would be listening to Felger losing his mind....

Maybe if Moss paid the Patriots they could take him back. The guy asked to be traded so why would the Pats even want him back? He'll just spend each week about how much money he should be making.

Probably not, I'd rather they go for Fitz .

If Randy can be a good team mate and help contribute to the team winning then my vote is Yes. Even at his age I feel he can still help stretch the field and open options up for TB that otherwise might not be there.

If Randy wants to be the "hey look at me" and be the ego he was from this last year... then no. Let the Titans or whatever team that enjoys "me me me" egos deal with that while they wonder why they aren't winning.

Hell no....... Get better at the we and stay away from the me......

No way!!! He has slowed down alot and does not run crisp routes to be a effective WR.

The one thing i never understood was his trade, if we had a chance to get deion for a 4th i would have added him to the roster as addition over Moss.

some reason people connect deion to moss but i do not . saving a million over get a SB when you spend 130 million ...peanuts.

I would rather have Kate Moss on the team

Randy is cooked, finished, done, down to a 3rd depth WR IMO

He will be in the T.O. type sweepstakes from last year when a desperate team signs him up for cheap.

Randy still has a Smoothie Business and Stock Car as well IIAC...No reason to really need to play any more.

Too many HOF athletes play too long until they embarrass thier legacy a bit ....Randy needs to avoid that

I don't think he's willing to take only 1M to play. So that hypothetical questin doesn't work for me. If we got the 'good Randy Moss' of course he's worth at least 1M, hell he'd be worth far more than that. But when you get the 'bad Randy Moss' he's not even worth that much as far as team chemistry and demanding the ball being forced tohim.

Great. So the Pats pick him up and let him decide which personality we'll see.

No thanks. The way I see it. Randy owes the pats a refund from last year.

I think he is better than Tate/Price/whoever we got opposite Branch. But I don't think he wants to be a role player, I think he would rather retire than do that.
