He is going to start suspending players for things they did before they were drafted?

He failed the tests...but does that mean he is still using the crap? Has he failed a test after he was drafted? Is he getting arrested for having the crap on him?

Until any of those happen his past is the past and they have to look forward and work with him. If he can't stay off the stuff then he is done with the Patriots and with the NFL- but until then he is their player.
