Fang's Bites: NFL Network's 75th NFL Draft Plans

Patriots head coach BILL BELICHICK opens up to NFL Network draft expert MIKE MAYOCK in an exclusive on the shaping of his Draft philosophy. The revealing four-part sit-down is scheduled to air as part of the Total Access Pre-Draft Thursday at 1:00 PM ET.

In the discussion, Belichick takes Mayock through his personal “Draft history” with stories behind the selections of NFL icons such as PHIL SIMMS in 1979, LAWRENCE TAYLOR in 1981 and Brady in 2000. The three-time Super Bowl-winning head coach also gives insight into his current Draft strategy, how he prefers to build a defense and what it’s like inside a “war room.”

Friggin awesome - thanks for the heads up, def gotta set the DVR for this one.

Aww, I'm not going to be able to watch it... I got class at that time. Hope they repeat that.

For the first time ever, I truly pine for the NFL Network. :( Those of you with access and DVRs, please report in detail!

NFL network is practically all I watch. It never gets old.

Except the commercials. "We did it, We did it" or "One more touchdown and we are world champions". I turn the channel every time, but since there's nothing else on I'm apt to come back.

Can't wait to see this.

Yeah, me too. I'm so tired of that ad and a couple others that diss the Pats. :enranged:

The NFL network announcers are terrible! Eisen, Faulk, Dukes, Sapp and Crackhead Irvin are miserable. Keep Charles Davis, the coaches, the GM's and Mayock. Dump the rest of the garbage!
Let one of the females take Eisen's place! Eye candy is preferable to a horrible bald talking heads.

One more note to the network. Show actual game highlights instead of combine footage.

The tantalising thing for me is that I could actually watch that.

1pm Eastern time is 6pm UK time. If I finish work at 5, get home and stream NFL network as soon as I get in.....awesome.

I'd be pinching my nipples if I had NFL network.

Not willing to pay extra on Comcast to get it.

I have just about every line memorized from that ad. hahaha
