Original pick tender. $1.1 million salary. Seemed to be a pretty decent pass catching tight end. Not sure as to his blocking abilities. Looks like he was drafted in the second round, so it would work out to be a second round tender with a reduced salary.

I'd rather just bring back watson

Same here. If we're going to bring in a free agent tight end or make a trade, I'd rather offer up something for Olsen.

Rather swap our #22 for the Skins #37 and take Cooley (Pro Bowler and only 27) that gives TB a Clark like gift.
DW Toys
Shanny will grab Scheffler

This way the Skins can get their OT and trade for McCoy at the end of round one.

no i would not trade a 2th round pick. for Scheffler, not when guys like Anquan Boldin, and Kirk Morrison, can be picked up for a 3rd round pick. and he is not better then watson,

No to keeping Bennie Watson. Buh... Bye

Sign Olsen and draft a TE and I'll be happy.

A receiving TE that doesn't block well obviously worth a 2nd

Disagree. Cooley broke his leg while Olsen had a good, healthy season. I would rather see him signed if we're going to go after TE's. I would also take Watson over Cooley as well.

Scheffler is the guy who told some teammates that he "couldn't wait for the [Broncos'] season to be over" and got subsequently got benched by McDaniels.

No thanks, don't want a quitter on the team.

I completely agree. Cooley is coming off of a broken leg, dont know how he will perform. Also, I wouldnt even think about giving up any of our seconds unless it is for a real big name and Cooley is not that big of a name. Boldin is a name that comes to mind.

what the heck. the guy did not like the pats system like brandon marshal ran by McD in denver so lets get them to play in the pats system they hate.

he was asked to block a bit like all pats sytem TE`s but he cannot.same goes for olson .

why would you use a TE to run the routes wes runs and now edelman.
do you bench both so you can use a TE,

Tony Scheffler is a mediocre option at best. He would be a downgrade from Ben Watson.
