They missed the Patriots 12 win streak in 2003.

I'm pretty sure that the Pats 16 game winning streak during a single season trumps the Cowboys streak.. And Miami's streak as well.

Now, that being said, I am pretty sure they were talking about each individual Franchise's longest winning streak in that article and not league records.
