Dawan Landry is a low-level tender, requiring a 6th round comp if an offer sheet were not matched.
One name that is intriguing is DT Anthony Montgomery of the Redskins. He was a starter for the 'skins his first two years, then lost his job last year in training camp to Kendric Golston when he broke his hand, but he still played on a rotational basis for the Redskins and was a stout force inside who tied up blockers.
Montgomery is a big-bodied (6-5, 325#), long armed guy who fits the profile for the Pats DL. He is only 25 years old. He was tendered at the low-level, so it would require a 5th round pick as compensation should he be signed to an offer sheet the Redskins couldn't match. With all the money the Redskins spent on Haynesworth, it would be difficult for them to match an offer sheet to Montgomery if structured right.
