Wow-poor Bills

There's always 10:1 odds that favor us on this board. None of you seem to think that there's always a 50/50 chance we will lose to a division opponent when we play them. Division games are never sealed shut.

Perhaps some of us don't think the odds are 50-50 because they are not.
I took stats in college and grad school.
Who said the 'division games are sealed shut' strawman?

You never came across as an idiot before to me, but you are now. To be blunt. Nobody said division games are sealed shut, Mr. Literal. But a lot of people in this thread, and in others containing info about the Bills, seem to think that they will just roll over for us and everyone else. Same can be said about the Jest and the Fins. Take a look around at some of the posts around here as pertaining to other teams and then tell me if I'm grasping at straws.

That's because there isn't a 50/50 chance.

The only thing 50/50 about the games is the coin toss.

The Bills had a whale of a draft last year. Whitner and Ko simpson (the 2006 draft steal) were amzing in the secondary as rookies. If Yobouty has a decent camp, he could start opposite Mcgee at CB.
If Mccargo comes back and keeps improving like he was before he was injured, their DL could be above average.
Once they plug Willis in at MLB, they could have an above average defense.

This will be their second season in the same system, so they should start much better than last year, from an execution stand point.
With any improvement from Loserman at QB, this team could sneak up and surprise a lot of teams, including us.
