What teams do you loathe the most?

1a.Giants
1b. Colts
3. Raiders
4. Ravens
5. Cowboys

For some reason I don't hate the Broncos or Steelers. The Jest use to be in the top 5 but it's hard to hate some team that is so bad.

#1 Whoever the Pats are playing.
#2 Whoever is ahead/tied/just behind of the Pats for playoff seeding.
#3 Whoever the Pats have a high draft choice from [e.g. the Seahawks first pick next year].

Yes, I'm mono-dimensional, but it keeps things simple.

1.) Denver-Have always hated them and their nitwit fans, remember that oysterbrain who used to wear the Donko barrel? Have hated them since 1986, they have had our number for over 20 years. Can't stand wooden teeth Shanahan, even their friggin kicker annoys the crap out of me.

2.) Steelers-Never liked them, ever. Really grew to hate them when their jackass fans invaded this board after they stopped our regular season winning streak. Great, I'm happy for you clambrains. Glad we got the chance to go there and beat them in the AFC Championship game; revenge is sweet.

3.) Jets-Hate their fans more than the team. Bunch of "hoi, hoi look at us, we're Jets AND Yankee fans, so we're not total losers." Yes you are.

4.) Green Bay-Will never get that image of Farve running around holding his helmet in the air after he threw that first touchdown pass in the Super Bowl like they just won the friggin game. The cheeseheads are turds.

The Colts. They whine too much. The Players whine. The fans whine. The front office whines. The coaches whine. It's has gotten VERY OLD!

I've hated the Bears for 20 years. Though it's a bit of a love-hate thing.
Miami. Everything about them. The fact they have three uniforms and they're all ugly. Their cute logo. Their fickle fans.
Denver. My best friend picked them back in the 80's. And the fact they have our number right now. Plummer's porn star 'tache.
Indy. Because you're nothing til you've been to a Super Bowl and won. So stop whining. And the dread that when they play us I always think that they could tear us apart.
Dallas. Because I hate the whole concept of "America's Team", and because they get a home game on national television each Thanksgiving (I give Detroit a pass here, because they've played on Thanksgiving forever).

The Colts represent everything I hate about the NFL. The bully GM who is poisoning the rulebook and the refs. The overhyped QB that has yet to EVER win a significant game, but runs up the score on the Texans just for the fun of it. The media lovetrain that never stops for one nauseating minute until the Dolts are sent packing for yet another offseason. The passive-aggressive head coach who is more overrated than any other in the league. Even his own QB overrules him when the game is on the line. The fans who cry like idiots about how great they are all year long and then make excuses when they fail as usual.

Denver has to be number two, for having the Pats number, but mainly for being dirty pigs and having an arrogant and heartless fanbase that doesn't care what leg breaking tactics they use.

Dolphins and Jets for old time sake.

Raiders suck too much to really inspire much emotion at the moment, but clearly make the list.

I have had a grudging respect for the Steelers organization and Cowher. But Toothlessdizzle has ruined that for me. He is a chump's chump. And the fans need to STFU about how 'great' his is/was/could have been/should have been.

Well Said. This is how I feel as well.

The MAN-LOVE that the media has for Manning is absolutely disgusting. The fact that Archie pulled the crap he did with ELI at the draft moved them for annoying to totally and utterly despised. I hope Eli continues to FLOP just like his father.

Colts. It is not even close. I think the Colts are the most hated franchise in all of sports for me. They are closing in on Ohio State. I loathe everything about them. Their whining, their sissy dome, and the immense Peeeey-ton love perpetuated through the media.

1. Colts - For that moron Bubba Gump quarterback who flaps his arms like he wants to fly far far away.

2. Colts - For that POS, whiney ass, poor excuse for a head coach who will use any ridiculous excuse he can come up with so long as he doesn't have to take the blame.

3. Colts - For their borderline psychotic GM who if he had it his way would make a rule that allowed no more than three defensive players on the field at one time except when it's the Colt's defense who would then be allowed to have 22 players.

Man, **** the Colts!!

Jets->Colts->Squeelers->Dolphins->Broncos->Raiders->Cowboys (America's team my arse)

1. Oakland Faiders (28-year resentment)
2. Denver --- they have messed up many a patriot season
3. those pathetic Dolts --- not hatred, amused contempt. manning will have to wait at least as long as Elway, and he'll be lucky to get it done then.
4. dolphins --- just for symmetry
5. dallas --- wanna see middle-aged men wearing cowboy blue-and-white getups, driving burnt orange cadillac convertibles? with longhorns mounted on the front?
only thing i like about cowboys is their female fans. it's great to talk with a woman who wants to discuss the nuanaces of the screen pass. or busting up the wedge. or the relative merits of aikman's arm versus bledsoe's.

Colts - Pollian, Manning & the media's love affair
Denver - they own the Patriots; have since the AFL started
Raiders - the roughing the passer call; fans in drag
Phins - another over-rated media darling; smug '72
Jets - All Things NY and the border wars; not the same since Mangia went there though
Squealers - Hello! The Steel Curtain was long ago in another century
NY Gints - see All Things NY
Bears - 1986 debacle
Eagles - lowlife fans

1. colts. The way the league/media/etc kisses their butts makes me want to hurl. It's pathetic!!! I cannot stand anything about this team. There are not too many things in life that feel as good as beating the colts.

2. jetssuck. That is the only way I know how to spell it. I loathe them and their fans. I have yet to meet a nyjetssuck fan with an ounce of class (Not saying there are none out there). I would even hate the team if it wasn't in NY.

3. raiders. The raiders suck - true. But they still make me want to throw something at the TV. The worst superbowl for me was tampa bay vs. raiders. I'm not going to root for the nfc and because of the raiders I couldn't root for the AFC. I was hoping they would both lose!!

4. broncos. They would be just another team if it wasn't for their domination of us. I hope we are able to knock them out of the playoffs this year. It would make me smile.

5. steelers. Just because.

These are the teams on my list of loathing. The teams don't change, but sometimes the order does, jetssuck are always #1 or #2 on this list though (They hold a special place in my heart).

Miami, Denver, Oakland, Baltimore, Pittsburgh and now, lately, Chicago

in this moment probably number 1 is Denver...

1. Colts
2. Bears
3. Broncos

I only hate the Steelers when they are doing very well, as it turns out. Other than that, I feel sort of indifferent to them. Same for all the NFL teams save the Colts/Broncos.

I'm going to take a hint from my recent compulsion to mute the TV whenever Manning is on, mentioned, reviewed or even hinted at.

The Colts. Then the Broncos. But mostly the Colts. The hate is sometimes overwhelming.

Me too!!!!

Erm, let's see. There's Oakland for all of the usual reasons. I hate Miami cos everyone over here supported them when I was a kid and they kept being better than the Pats (it WAS the mid 80s....). I hate and fear the Broncos. I also respect them, which applies to no other team on my list.
I never liked Washington cos they were popular and don't really like Dallas either, for similar reasons. Oh, and I don't like the Colts 'cos they are too "cool" and Manning, excellent passer that he is, gets up my nose (I'll make an exception in my hatred, for their underrated O line and Tom Moore, who both deserve better).

I should hate the Steelers but only did so for a short spell when their d*ckhead supporters trolled here last year (Closing Time is a very honourable exception). I respect their team, ownership and coach, I have to admit. I hate Tampa Bay because of the Glazers.

Edit: I only got into Football in the '86 season (SB XXI) so never quite developed the hatred for the Bears.

What teams do you loathe the most, to the point where it gets under your skin?

The Cowboys. I hate Dallas to begin with. As my friends in Texas like to remind me, "Dallas isn't really Texas". I agree with an earlier posted. "America's Team" my @##.

Growing up, pre cable, when football on TV wasn't ubiquitous, we were stuck with the Cowboys every damn week. I'm just sick of them being in the league.

BRONCOS.

I can't stand the sight of Shanahan. I can't stand the Bronco fans that come here and post.

I have enjoyed seeing the Bronco's lose for years.

I can't stand looking at Peyton's face anymore this year. But I feel sorry for him sometimes because the bigger the game, the worse he usually plays. He is destined for a Dan Marino career....great stats, no superbowl victories.

I hate the denver broncos, i always have, and hate jake the snake, what a gaylord. Champ bailey what a little weasel he is. Hate the denver broncos.
