So, the Patriots have scored 29 points more than the Colts in the 4th quarter. But they also played one game more. So let's do the math. 86/8 is about 10 4th qtr. points a game. The Colts played 7 games. So, 57/7 is about, wait for this, 8 points a game.
In other words, the Patriots score 2 more 4th quarter points a game than the Colts do.

The Patriots (41.4) and Colts (32.0) rank first and third, respectively, in points per game. They’re first and second in margin of victory, at 25.5 and 17.4.
Both numbers are skewed by the fourth quarter, when the Patriots have outscored the Colts 86-57.
