That's religion porn. I listen to about 10 minutes of it, plus a few minutes here and there. The Bible is and has been used in many ways for prophecy, and people seem to find whatever they want. People open up to random passages believing that will tell them something, they apply numerology, they look for passages that have analogies to post-Bible events and see those passages as messianic. There is a huge and old subculture of people who believe the sort of stuff expressed in that video.
As far as Detroit goes, it may be true that Muslims are buying up property, but it's far truer that wealthy people from Michigan are buying up huge tracts of land and making them into parks while waiting for the city's fortunes to turn around. I actually know someone very well who is a very wealthy Republican who grew up and lives near Detroit (which has several very wealthy suburbs). He and I have argued about the obstacles he has faced in in development projects he is involved in Detroit. (According to him, there are several sections of Detroit where there is serious development. Several companies have moved back into the city, where they can get cheap buildings, provide their employees with cheap housing, have access to a still decent infrastructure, and they provide their own police forces.) Perry Stone's focus on Muslim's buying land in Detroit is part of him framing a handful of facts to support his nonsensical views.
As far as Obama being Muslim, the religion porn you posted just regurgitates a lot of the Islamophobic nonsense about Obama's history. To make it at all credible, it needs sources and documentation. If you want to believe that guy that's fine, but it's difficult to argue with purported facts from some minister who runs his own highly profitable ministry. We need footnotes and sources.
