    Per Michael Lombardi on Twitter.

    Belichick always loved this guy.

    #24 Jersey

    Getting hard to keep up.

Gallery is a Guard now (drafted at Tackle), maybe Waters isn't coming back. Gallery 4 years younger, wonder how long he signed for.

As I recall Gallery's agent said after his release from Seattle he was not happy because he had "played hurt all year and was now finally healthy." Agent-speak, but still, good to have the depth.

if he's still got the talent that got him drafted top 10, imagine what Dante can do with him.

They need the OG depth. Waters may/may not come back and Connelly is likely the C now without Koppen. Dante can get this guy into beast mode. If he can't, no one can.

In regards to the bolded part of your post, God I hope he's coming back. He was huge for the team last year!

I can't imagine it's for too much money. He does have some ability, but durability is an issue. Last 3 seasons, games played: 6, 12, 12. But he's a nice veteran presence that could step in if Waters doesn't stay.

They're doing so much to shore up the offense it makes you think that the draft is going to be defense, defense, and more defense.

This sounds to me like (unfortunately) Waters may not be returning (I hope I'm wrong), but in any case it is a nice signing.

Every time I check back with Patsfans--every 10 minutes or so--we've signed another guy. My head is now officially spinning.

Bedard says Waters still expected back, that makes Gallery excellent depth at OG and he can probably be depth at OT too although he's been playing better at OG.
