I thought if you were pushed out of bounds, as long as you made an effort to get right back in bounds, you could touch the ball. You only can't be first to touch the ball if you run down the sidelines out of bounds or you go out of bounds on your own.

The refs simply dominated the last two minutes of that half. You've gotta be impressed with how they closed that out. Great situational flags.
