Yeah, that would definitely affect my enjoyment of the game too. I try to be quiet when I get to an away game (not always successful, though, although I would never taunt opposing fans in their own stadium).
Oh I sure as hell would. Only if they deserved it though. For example, if I'm in an opposing team's stadium and their home fans are talking smack in a obnoxious manner, I'll wait til the end when the Patriots win and give them an ear full that they deserve.

As for this thread. I find it hilarious that someone is trying to dictate what a certain BUSINESS does with sporting event tickets that THEY paid for. You have an argument as far as the drunk and rudeness part, but to try and dictate what team's fans this business gives tickets to is absolutely ridiculous.
