So next there will be
- Cheers of joy from Pats fans
- Speculation this means Ochocinco will be cut
- Speculation this means Edelman will be traded
- Angst if he should not get ten passes thrown his way
- Calls for Price to be benched if he does not score a TD
- Calls for Price to be cut if he does not go over 100 yards
- Declarations that the Pats suck at drafting if he drops a pass
What did I leave out?
I do think that Belichick sees a need to get a long game going, especially as opposing defenses are adapting to Brady's inclinations.
As much as I'd like to see Price pan out and give them what they need, if the defense can play better the offense would likely be more than adequate in any game.
Let's see what the kid can do - I've got a good feeling about him - much more so than Ochocinco - who I'm still pulling for too.
Who cares? Taylor Price is a bust.
