When pressured or when the feeling of constant pressure is present, Brady stops going through his reads and goes to his first read. As he said post-game, it was "just drop back and fire". It is as if he makes up his mind where he is going to throw before the play starts. This 'just sling it" mode will of necessity sometimes result in interceptions: the throw to Kyle Brady amidst 4 Colt defenders is an example as is the final pick in the AFC championship game.
